Alana De La Garza, an amazing actress, has left a mark in the world of television. De La Garza, a Mexican American father as well as an Irish American mother were born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 in 1976. She moved to Texas for the purpose of pursuing an occupation as a physical therapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza did not remain in Texas for long and soon transferred towards Orlando Florida, where she played a variety of performances as an actor. These included commercials and independent films. Despite having small roles she was soon able to discover her love in acting. When she moved into New York, in 2001, Rosa Santos earned her debut acting part on All My Children. Through the first half of 2000 she was a small part on JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004 she was selected for her first role in a series on The Mountain which was the short-lived drama on television. The character was Maria Serrano and De La Garza was fortunate to star alongside some top TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. She was A.D.A. in Law & Order in which she had the best performance from 2006. Connie Rubirosa. She was on the show for 85 episodes. The character she played on her Law & Order: LA spinoff, which was not long-lasting. De La Garza has received numerous nominations for this character, such for Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award nominations. In 2008 she received one of the Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. In the next few days, De La Garza was cast on CSI Miami in a recurring role. She played Marisol Deko as the wife of David Caruso's persona Horatio Caine. As the character Dr. Lena Solis, she was last seen on NBC's rather dark drama Do No Harm. After two episodes the series was cancelled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Milano is from Italian descendant and has a younger brother Cory who is ten years older than her. Her family was an orthodox, religious family. Milano's career began at age seven as her babysitter took on an audition. Of more than a thousand applicants, she was chosen for the audition as one of four. Milano has been featured in TV ads, Off-Broadway productions as well as Jane Eyre, the American premier of Jane Eyre.
